Visiting Aotearoa

Traveling to New Zealand is on the bucket list for many people and I can only say, if it is not, it should be. It is a truly remarkable place to visit. After having written about 20 emails to various people describing our thoughts about visiting New Zealand, we realized it was time to put it all down on the web page and make it a true WannaBeKiwi endeavor.

First and foremost, if you are thinking about the “See New Zealand and Australia in 10 days,” forget about it. Too big, you’ll just spend your life on a plane or a bus.Second, although when you look on a map you will be tempted to think that Australia and New Zealand are close to each other, they are not — we are just a long way away from where you live. Unless you have a couple of months, pick one or the other.
